Trans research team looking for tech workers and tech activists interested in trans issues and gender inclusion for 30-60 min in-person or Zoom interviews. The purpose of these interviews is to explore the ways tech companies are engaging with trans inclusive language and trans peoples’ experiences of working in tech. The interviews will pose questions to participants regarding topics like their own experiences with trans-inclusive language in digital settings, how they have seen different online platforms incorporate trans-inclusive features, workplace culture and decision making around such features, and considerations of how these features are rolled out on a global scale.
Eligibility: Must be over 18; must have experience with tech companies, tech activist organizations, and/or the implementation of digital trans-inclusive features.
Time and Compensation: 30-60 min interview in-person or on Zoom. $25 USD compensation for your time
